Paul helped us with a steady stream of bees coming into our lounge down the chimney. He identified the sooty-looking bee from a photo I texted him, (as I didn't want to pay for a council wasp eradication to be told that it was bees - and the council fee is non-refundable!) He was extremely helpful, easily reachable by phone and gave some sound advice. That same day he came to remove a bee hive from our attic.
